APPEALS

We can represent you for appeals against bail decisions, pre-trial decisions, convictions and/or sentence.

We appear in both the High Court and the Court of Appeal.

PAROLE

We can represent you before the Parole Board, to seek release prior to the end of any long term sentence of imprisonment.

We can also represent you to vary or delete parole conditions.

LEGAL AID

Depending on the charges you face and your income, you may be eligible for Legal Aid.

Otherwise, we can discuss payment options with you. We operate a Trust Account in accordance with the Lawyers and Conveyances Act (Trust Account) Regulations 2008.
