Applying for a Limited Licence

IMPORTANT - Please use a computer to complete this form, as the full form is not supported on mobile.

Disqualified or suspended from driving?

If you have been disqualified from driving but need a licence to keep your job, support your family, or attend important appointments, you may be able to apply for a Limited Licence (also known as a work licence).

Information form - before you start

  • Filling in the below form gives us the information we need to prepare your Court application. The more detail you provide, the better we will be able to present your application to the Court.

  • Completing this form does not mean you have a licence yet — the Court must approve the application. You cannot drive just because you have completed this form. If you do, you may be arrested and face further criminal charges.

  • You will still need to provide supporting documents (for example, a supporting affidavit from your employer).

  • If you do not have every detail right now, enter what you can — we will help you complete the rest.

Payment and Costs

  • A Limited Licence application involves legal fees and Court filing costs.

  • Our office will confirm the exact fee with you once we have your details. Alternatively, please feel free to enquire with our office beforehand to discuss potential fee structure.

  • Payment options:

    • Full payment in advance; or

    • Instalments if agreed (must be arranged before filing).

  • We cannot file your application in Court until payment arrangements are confirmed.

What happens next

  • Once you submit this form, we will review your information.

  • Our office will contact you within 1–2 business days to discuss the next steps and payment.

  • We will prepare your Court documents and guide you through the process.
